Because our products are produced for preorder, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size selection, or personal preference. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [Support Email] as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we review your request, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If a return is required for a confirmed product issue, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
